Booking
In order to secure your spot, Foxy_Brows requires a $50 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer or direct payment to salon, which comes off the total amount due on the day of your session.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and e-transfer. We do not accept checks.
Re-Scheduling
Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule their appointment. The $50 deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your session, you may be asked to pay another $50 deposit.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about the procedure/cancel the appointment your deposit is non-refundable.
No Show
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment and you have not called or texted about your estimated time of arrival, you will be considered a No Show and will be asked to pay a $50 deposit to re-book your session.
If you are going to be substantially late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and re-book for another time in order to keep to our schedule running on time for other clients booked that day.
Refunds
Foxy_Brows does not offer refunds.
Rates
Service Rates are subject to change although Foxy_Brows will take measures to ensure rate changes are communicated in advance.
Age Restrictions
Due to insurance liability reasons, Foxy_Brows is not permitted to perform Microblading on anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. Proof of age will be requested at the time of appointment, and a copy of drivers license is required by the State Health dept.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they put the correct date and time in their
calendars once their spot is confirmed - we do not send out personal reminders. I recommend selecting the text reminder option when booking your appointment.
